It appears there is a new memorandum from some high authority that now allows ICE agents to just go ahead and enter private homes without any kind of warrant and some observers are complaining that this totally obliterates protections under the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of The United States.
My Opinion? — My opinion is too bad …stop complaining ….obey the law and you will have nothing to fear. So some people see this as losing some of their constitutional rights. Well, you voted for it and so now stop raising hell about it because there isn’t anything that anybody is going to do about it anyway.

Your last point is valid, and they did vote for it, or failed to vote against it in sufficient numbers to stop it happening. But that does not excuse the actions of ICE behaiving like Hitler’s Gestapo.

As I recall from careful reading of my history books, secret police and personal law enforcement agencies do not receive instructions to obey laws.
